Rental FAQs
What are the delivery and pickup logistics?
We offer drop-off and pickup services across the Kelowna area. Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our yard. Alternatively, equipment can be collected from our yard, using a suitable vehicle capable of hauling the specific machine's weight.
How does the booking process work?
Call, text, or browse our machinery and submit your request online. Our team will review availability and confirm your booking personally via phone.
What are the deposit requirements?
A fully refundable deposit of one days rent will be required before any equipment leaves the yard.
What is the policy for damage and insurance?
The renter is responsible for the machine's safety. Our equipment is protected by a mandatory damage waiver covering minor wear; however, significant damage or misuse is subject to repair fees.
Do I need to clean or refuel the machine?
Equipment is delivered with a full tank. Please return it refuelled and reasonably clean. A refueling surcharge and/or cleaning fee applies if the equipment requires maintenance upon return.
